In the last eight months we have had numerous house building consultations with several companies in Berlin and Brandenburg. Ms. Westenweller convinced us the best, and by a large margin over the others, and won us as a customer. She is super transparent with the costs, the procedure and the possible technical options and variants (cheaper, complicated, advantages, disadvantages, etc.). She is also super competent for everything around the house construction, from technical detail to all bureaucracy(land registry, building office, etc.). She knows the area so well, is super informed and also amazingly has very fast communication and contact with all parties (the offices, the surveyor, etc), especially in this difficult time. Most importantly, she is very customer focused (unfortunately this is not so common in BER and the market right now), takes her time with us and almost always thinks a few steps ahead.
