I now have all my insurance policies with HDI Mainz. Even after signing the insurance contracts, the personal support continues. Mr. Scheffler's team is very committed. All questions, even in the current contract, are answered within a few days. The contact is possible via telephone or mail. In case of an insurance claim, the processing is quick and comprehensible. All questions are answered promptly by phone or e-mail. Clear recommendation!

When we switched insurers from HUK to HDI, Mr. Scheffler gave us competent and comprehensive advice. We liked that very much. Definitely a recommendation. And the new premiums are much cheaper than with HDI.

The total package is right ! Already from the first two telephone calls with my contact person in Mainz as well as the damage place in Hanover with Mr. Münster one stood for me immediately with advice and act
advising by service competence and friendliness clarifying to the side. From the beginning I felt well taken care of with the situation and not left alone, in the face of the not yet to know extent of the damage. Problematic and difficult, however, was the finding of a craftsman company. A damage number I had faster .
With the craftsmen the next day was in the evening also thank God the water damage repaired. HDI stands to me for now 11 years problem-free and uncomplicatedly in co-operation
with my craftsmen to the side. I have not and never regretted the existing contract to have taken over.
To HDI again a very big thank you.
HDI always again and gladly.
