It was the first leadership seminar for me. I had a very pleasant group, we supported each other and also learned a lot from each other. Ms. Lauer picked us all up very well and introduced us optimally to the topic, and I was able to experience how I and the other participants were able to deal with the new knowledge more confidently and purposefully after the third part of the seminar. The implementation discussion was good to ask questions and to discuss the experiences in the implementation.
I can only recommend the seminar, Ms. Lauer's friendly, pleasant manner takes away any shyness and helped me to develop further and to apply what I had learned in my daily dealings with employees.

I attended a leadership seminar with Ms. Lauer. The seminar content was very nicely illustrated by presenting the methodology and tasks and was conveyed intensively and excitingly through the mixture. Due to Ms. Lauer's cheerful and positive manner, both the seminar in a group and the individual implementation discussions were a lot of fun. The leadership seminar took me a big step forward. I also received positive feedback from my company about my further development through the seminar. Thanks to the script I received, I will be able to continue working on my leadership quality in the future and the learning effect does not end with the seminar. I got to know Ms. Lauer in the context of an executive coaching session. The content and impulses conveyed were unique for me up to that point. The subsequent feedback and implementation discussions also brought me forward extremely quickly, both personally and in terms of leadership. Constantly questioning oneself, sitting in the other person's chair or understanding but not agreeing are just a few examples and catchwords that have become a matter of course for me today. I got to know Ms. Hedda Lauer personally within the framework of a leadership training for the "management team" of our company ("market leader asset management for residential real estate in Germany") over the period from 2017 to 2019 and came to appreciate her very much.
All training days for the "alpha men" of our team were led by her competently, confidently, interactively and always goal-/result-oriented.
During these 3 years, Ms. Lauer also coached me regularly in the form of structured "4 ear telephone conversations" in addition to the aforementioned training. In this way, the "continuous engagement with the training content" and the additional coaching tailored to my personal needs was continuously kept at a very high level.
