So far, we have had excellent advice and support from Mr. Muß as part of our house building project. Right from the start, he presented all the house costs to us transparently and gave us a right of withdrawal until the final purchase of the property and the final construction financing. He always answered our questions to our complete satisfaction and was always available at short notice!
We hope that he will continue to support us during the construction of the house and that we will soon be the happy owners.

André Muß is a very committed consultant and shared his broad network with us as customers. He arranged direct contacts and thus minimized valuable time in the search for partners (e.g. financing, personal consultation with the construction manager). He is also very personable and took the time to answer all our questions and responded to our individual wishes. He also gave advice on which things were useful or not.

Mr. Muß always gave me and my wife good advice, was available to answer questions and responded to our wishes.

In our opinion, he has specialist knowledge that goes beyond his area of responsibility. He has a very pleasant manner, which means that you don't feel pressured into signing a contract and at the same time makes you feel well looked after and understood.

We would recommend Mr. Muß without hesitation.

After an extensive search for a suitable developer for our dream home, we discovered Heinz von Heiden and got to know Mr. Kuhnhold. To our surprise, our first meeting took place on a weekend directly on our property. According to his own statement, Mr. Kuhnhold prefers to get a personal impression of the property, no matter how far the journey is. His friendly, honest and relaxed manner as well as his professional experience impressed us at the first meeting, so that we met at the show house just a few days later to start planning. Our ideas were promptly realized; we were able to view two houses under construction. Mr. Kuhnhold always took a lot of time to answer our questions and was always available. So far, everything has gone smoothly, our building application has been approved and we are really looking forward to our future little home. We would highly recommend Mr. Kuhnhold.

I am very satisfied with Heinz von Heiden.

All the "garbage" that is sometimes written initially worried me - UNFORTUNATELY!!!

There is no price increase - the fixed price remains and that was my biggest concern, as interest rates have been a real mess over the last 2 years. You can plan better with a fixed price.

All the workers who worked on my house were very friendly and professional.

There were no construction errors and if something needed to be changed, it was changed immediately without discussion.

The only thing that might have been negative = the time from contract to moving in was very long.

A big thank you goes to all the employees who looked after me and especially to Mr. Mensching, my construction manager.

(don't forget, negative reviews are not the result of one-sided failure - there are always two sides to a story).

I had no idea about building a house, but with Heinz von Heiden I had a reliable partner. I'm finally living in MY house and I'm happy with it!

Mr. Wüstner acts authentically, clearly, professionally and always reacts promptly. Our requirements for the house were always taken up, challenged with impulses if necessary and ultimately incorporated into the construction project with the best solution.
