A very great advice just on the subject of second flight in life (after the first was a bust).
Very to occur regarding the booking (travel with small children, flight times and parking at the airport). Very goes advice on travel cancellation insurance (especially when booking with toddler). I look forward to the next consultation.

We are customers of Herz Reisen for more than 10 years, because already the compilation of our long-distance trips with many different stage destinations is a great experience due to the "herz"-liche, individual, extremely knowledgeable and experienced advice.
That's where the vacation starts, isn't it ? :-)

We always have a contact person with an open ear for extra wishes and preferences, which we appreciate very much !

We notice the team that you really know what you are talking about and only offer us what they would do themselves. In our opinion, this is an outstanding quality feature. Thank you for that :-)

The best travel agency in Erfurt !!!

The consultant: Mr. S. Herz takes his time and offers until the customer is satisfied and finally books the trip. He is always funny on the way, has new ideas from his collected impressions, so that in the end not e.g. Egypt but Montenegro is booked. Since we have often booked through Herz-Reisen, we never had a flop, there was money back with little effort in case of cancellation, not w. e. g. with Sonnenklar-Reisen, who dismiss every shortcoming with Corona understanding. Each time heart journeys again.
