We used the care service for two years and were very satisfied overall until my mother's unfortunate death. During this time, the carer was sensitive, friendly and helpful. She always took my mother's individual needs into account and made her everyday life as pleasant as possible.
However, there were occasional communication problems after the exchange, as not all the staff could always speak German. This led to communication difficulties, but these were noticed by the care service and quickly resolved. Despite these challenges, the nurses remained warm and supportive throughout.
I would recommend this service to other families, especially because of the dedicated care provided by Homelife. It would be desirable for the care service to continue to take steps to improve the language skills of the staff
