Very friendly and competent advice. When problems arise, a solution is quickly found together and you feel understood in your situation, well advised and not left alone. In any form of concern, you find a good listener and understanding partner. Communication by phone and email is smooth. Betreuungswelt-Laß is always available, regardless of the communication channel. The change of caregivers works flawlessly and without complications. Thumbs up!

Recommendation
We were skeptical at first because we live about 300 km away from Grandma. When it then after a stroke in February no longer worked alone at home had to be found after a short stay in short-term care quickly a solution for home. Our grandma never wanted to go to a home.
About Bertreuungswelt and here especially by Mr. Laß we were advised top! So the decision for a caregiver at home was not difficult.
Mr. Laß has always been a great help to us.
Despite the distance, everything has always worked smoothly. Even the change of the caregiver.
We would like to thank him sincerely.

Personal consultation top, but not always possible to find suitable offer. Generally with agencies costly and enervating is the page-long filling out of the certificate of completion of the caregiver. Mr. Laß was very attentive and always friendly. A very pleasant relationship.
