I bought an apartment in Ingolstadt and made both the viewing appointment and the handover of the keys with Ms. Hertlein. I am very satisfied with the service, Ms. Hertlein was always punctual, very polite and competent. I find it very positive that Ms. Hertlein took a lot of time and was able to answer any questions.
During the handover, everything was perfectly recorded and the protocol was sent to me by email very shortly after the appointment.
The appointments went perfectly and smoothly.
I can give a very clear recommendation.

Mrs. Hertlein took very good care of me and my family trying to buy a house, always being friendly and doing everything to make it possible for us to buy the house.

Unfortunately, after many efforts on the part of the real estate agent, it did not come to the purchase of the property for various reasons, however, we would work with Ms. Hertlein again at any time due to the positive experience.
