I have been smoke-free since April 2023!!! After more than 50 years. Mrs. Steffen was very approachable and encouraging from the first telephone contact. Despite my skepticism, I embarked on this path. And I am overjoyed. I can only encourage other smokers to take this path. I have also saved money. A thousand thanks !!!!!

I was really happy with everything but the most important thing is that I am smoke-free. The hypnosis was really nice and a journey into myself.
