I have objected to the processing and transfer of my data to IDEAL Vorsorge GmbH. The announcement is dated 20.07.2023. A confirmation of the objection was sent to me on 16.10.2023. Nevertheless, my data was passed on, which I discovered when I applied for death benefit insurance again.

I see this as a breach of trust on the part of the company!

Although I cannot complain in any way about the advice I received from Ms. KOBAL, it was impeccable, as my assessment also shows, I have also conclusively explained why I refuse to be looked after by a broker, which IDEAL Vorsorge GmbH ultimately is. Ms. KOBAL promised me that she would forward the application documents to the company on my behalf.

The outcome remains to be seen.

I was satisfied with the relatively prompt processing from the request for a quote to the conclusion of the contract.
What I found very unfortunate was that my wish to be advised personally was not met because there is no customer advisor in my place of residence.
In this respect, I would have preferred a different alternative.
