I took out my private health insurance through immotactics GmbH (insurance division) in Bad Kreuznach after talking to many other providers.

Ayliz and Christian take a lot of time and respond to all my questions, scrutinize my requirements and create a very good overview of offers.
At my request, we only spoke via video call, which worked really well and saved me a lot of time.

My personal experience with my contact person Jan Bollenbach, I can actually only rate as consistently positive.
If I had and have questions, I always get prompt, well-founded feedback and help.
Jan Bollenbach is also there for me after the house purchase.
So it is not like being forgotten after buying a house.
I have and still feel in good hands with Jan Bollenbach.
He is a really nice and courteous person who is a pleasure to work with.

I became aware of immotactis rather by chance; I had already contacted several providers in advance to realize the financing of my small home. Already at the first contact I felt in very good hands with Mr. Marc Höbel; all my questions were answered competently and understandably, he addressed individual needs, reacted very flexibly when problems arose and supported me even when I did not receive the necessary help from my broker ;although it would not have been his task. Inquiries are always answered quickly and the interest rate is also impressive. I would recommend immotactics at any time.

The most important information first: Everything went exactly as we wanted. For our BauFi it was important for us to have a contact person but still the possibility to compare, but at the same time the competent advice and the feeling to be taken seriously AND a local bank. This is exactly what we found at IMMOTACTICS. We have expressed our wishes and ideas and Mr. Funke has searched so long until these could be implemented 100%, moreover, he has stood by us in every circumstance with words and deeds and supported us. The whole thing did not cost us a cent, because the service is only charged directly at the conclusion with the financing bank. Incidentally, he was also able to negotiate more favorable conditions with a bank where we had already obtained an offer ourselves. From our side unrestrictedly recommendable without ifs and buts. Especially when it comes to larger sums, one has a little construction pain, IMMOTACTICS has taken them from us and helped us to realize our dream of home ownership.

We are a small family and had contact with Mrs. Eckes to buy a semi-detached house for us. Already during the telephone contact as well as during the on-site visit we felt very well taken care of by her. She was able to answer all our questions competently and did not push us to make any decision. Unfortunately, our decision came too late, so that it came to no purchase. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the support, thank you very much!
