Ingo has a very calm and professional way of explaining even sometimes more complex backgrounds. He responds to all questions and ensures a balance in the group with regard to the involvement of all participants. There was always a pleasant, trusting atmosphere in the group.

Ingo's targeted questions help to sort out one's own thoughts and, if necessary, to rearrange them. He recognizes contradictions and knows how to mirror them appropriately. He gives new perspectives, opens a space for one's own thoughts and ideas and subsequently enables to individually design, expand and sort the space of thoughts and ideas for oneself. I am very excited about following sessions. Clear recommendation to go into the exchange with Ingo for people who have a head of lettuce at the moment ;)
