I chose to train with IATL because the leaders/trainers have a strong presence in what they do and have plenty of emotional skills to bring out the best in participants without losing sight of the technical. There are many good trainings and trainers - what makes the IATL special for me is the clear focus on empowering people to be role models in a leadership role and to act sustainably for the benefit of the company and their fellow human beings.

I am grateful from the bottom of my heart 🙏 that IATL has found me 😃
1.5 years ago totally devastated, I stood with few kilo's, full of despair inwardly broken at the soccer field. My current girlfriend saw and felt my inner injuries that I experienced and approached me.

Her words gave me hope and I gave myself the chance to watch this IATL Oneline lecture once.

How nature was connected with humans and also afterwards nothing was forced on me, on the contrary with money back, if it should not please nevertheless.
I felt that I was right here.

I decided step by step, for each seminar, also my youngest son (16) participated more often.
He said after a slow down weekend.
Mom, these people are all nice here, they accept me as I am.

I felt, just like my son, for many years just right, arrived and accepted. 😃

These people suddenly understood our needs, felt hurt, pain, sadness, anger and hatred in us, but everything was allowed to BE there and was accepted 😃

It felt so good that I was often afraid and wondered when the dark side of our life will come again 🤔

I listened and still listen, extremely gladly and excitedly at every seminar, every leader.
This special mindful, understanding, appreciative approach to each participant is admirable.

I feel every time how honest, real and clear about the issues from their own experiences are shared with us.
How our minds shaped us with the additional beliefs and made our lives difficult, I found incredibly exciting.

I could hardly believe that each of us can and may live an easy life if we allow it ourselves.

Each just needs to "ONLY" say "YES" to my own transformation myself and go through.

After Transformative Listening I was finally able to really listen - and perceive so much more than can be said simply through words! This not only opens many new doors, but has also helped me personally very much to perceive and shape communication and the other person in a completely different way - so that I can now appreciate every encounter, no matter in which setting, much more consciously. An absolute "highlight" was the experience of silence within myself, to which we were guided step by step - and which is now always within reach!

Decode the Core was a transformative seminar for me. Even now, 2 years later, it has not only remained in my memory very clearly, but I am also aware every day how much I was able to profit from the experience-based implementation of the contents of this module in my life - on all levels. After Decode the Core, something changes - and it changes permanently. A must for everyone who strives for personal transformation and growth!

That was a profound experience. The training took place over a longer period of time and that's what it took. So many processes have started in me after each module and so much has been revealed of which I had no idea that it was still dormant in me. It was like a deep cleanse every time!!! So much of emotions, patterns, beliefs etc... came up and could be released over time through the guidance of the IATL team and the exercises. Transformative Listening gave me the possibility to be a better listener to MYSELF, and that touches me until today. A clear YES to this seminar - recommended for EVERYONE!!! When I consciously go into this state of transforming listening, it is often like a miracle for me, what relief is immediately noticeable and how solutions emerge all by themselves. A wonderful opportunity to be a valuable contribution to yourself and the entire environment! Thank you for this offer!

The sustainability and the benefit is so incomparable to other trainings I have done, because it goes deeper and I experience more and more where my qualities lie and how to use them in everyday life. The seminar had a lasting impact on me, in a positive sense.
It was less about imparting content and more about the experiences one has with oneself and getting to know oneself so much better. To this day I am grateful for this experience and constantly in touch with IATL to be up to date, where there are opportunities for me to develop further and to come more and more into my potential. The IATL staff did everything they could to make the Slow Down Retreat run smoothly. Everyone's heart was fully in it and they cared for the well-being of the participants. What pleases me very much is the subject matter. In today's commercial world, only profit, success, career, etc. is important. In all this, there are only people behind it. Nobody is interested in how employees, business partners, professional colleagues or even themselves are doing. It counts only profit, success etc. People and humanity often fall by the wayside.
IATL is therefore promising, because here the human being with his corners and edges as well as the humanity is put into the foreground. That is very forward-looking. If it were like that all over the world, mankind would have a very peaceful existence on this earth.
I therefore wish the IATL every success.

With the IATL, I was able to realize my desire to venture into self-employment. Everything I wished for has come true. My wish was fulfilled 100%. The investment has already more than paid off. I can only recommend you from the bottom of my heart!

You have a lot of time and space for yourself. I felt very comfortable and felt a warmth from the mentors. You feel like you are being accompanied in a benevolent way. THANK YOU 🙏

Slow Down was a great experience for me in beautiful surroundings. Even the welcome was mega warm. The mixture of small groups, input from the mentors in the large circle, individual work and individual discussions were just right for me. Everyone had something different in their backpack that was currently on their mind. The exchange, the open nature of the participants and their experiences helped me clean up my backpack. People looked into pockets they hadn't opened in a long time.
They helped me to look at everything from a different perspective. They helped me find solutions where I couldn't get any further on my own. The mentors also always had an open ear. You were really challenged physically and mentally, but at the end of the seminar you had the feeling you could fly home. I am still in contact with many of the participants and we continue to support each other. My life has gained in quality. Even though I keep falling back into my old patterns, I quickly know what is going wrong and how I can/could do better.

Feedback on Transformative Listening:
Actually, I only participated in Transformative Listening because of a recommendation, since I thought I was already a pretty good listener. That there was still a lot of room for improvement, I had to learn in the course of the seminar. The very diverse group of participants made the seminar even more interesting. Since then, not only conversations and negotiations in a professional context are more relaxed. What I learned also helps me in my private life. The seminar was conducted via zoom, which I can absolutely recommend if a live seminar is not possible at the moment.

It goes into the depth. You are picked up where you are, you are strengthened. You don't get knowledge imposed on you like in other workshops, but experience a real "aha" effect. I would still wish for an even "better quality" in targeted workshops to set up an after-goal, that is already partly done, but there I see potential that on the one hand in the workshop is strengthened / transformation experienced, but then also in the workshop for life outside explicitly defined goals.. maybe this is just my personal perception, but I think that would certainly be helped many "because as so often I can only speak from my experience you experience transformation but zack you are back in the "hard" life outside, then everything looks completely different. As I said, this is not a big point, just a suggestion for improvement... I am a big fan of the IATL, thank you for existing.

I very much appreciate the appreciative interaction between the participants and with the IATL mentors. IATL opens up new spaces and perspectives and brings stability in a constantly changing world.

This seminar strengthened my understanding that profitability and professional success are compatible with high values and high awareness. In fact, they are the basis for it. This approach makes me hopeful about the future. Even if this change will take longer, I have at least made the experience that there are many other people who think and possibly even feel similarly to me. The seminar was a deep journey of self-awareness and identity rediscovery. On the basis of which I changed and optimized myself personally, family and professionally step by step and still do.

The experience I gained at IATL allowed me to advance my personal development very quickly.
