What I really liked about Empowerment Ritual was that I could work on the daily inputs at my own pace. I also really liked the inclusion of bodywork. It is a great format to deal with myself and find out what I want and what makes me tick. With the targeted questions I got to deep topics very quickly and it triggered an exciting dialogue within me. Together with the background knowledge, I got to know some sides of myself differently or even in a new way. Even though the course is online, I have always felt the accompaniment of Irina.

Irina has accompanied me for several years and I experience every meeting with her as an enrichment and growth of my personality.
She offers a variety of services and every offer I have taken advantage of fit my life situation.
In the Empowerment Ritual I was able to spend 21 days focused on the questions that let me dive into deep feelings.
Between live couching, working out the questions on my own and the daily heart meditation, I was able to develop my own ritual, which still accompanies me after the 21 days. One of the most beautiful encounters in Empowerment Ritual were the sounds of Heart Wave Music, they accompany me beyond the 21 days and are now part of my daily morning routine. The sounds always bring me back to focus work and remind me of my heart feelings.

As a participant in Beyond Limits, I benefited tremendously from Irina's years of experience as a teacher and dance therapist. It is the accumulated knowledge and her experience that makes the program so rich. I have been friends with Irina for a long time and was allowed to get to know different ways of working with her over the years. In all of them I could always observe one thing in particular: a certain tirelessness. She uses a rich toolbox and never stops herself.
