Two very good off sites had. Iris has accompanied everything and made sure that we as a team (a new team under construction) have made really good steps. Quality was very high. Iris has an easy going way of consulting that suited us perfectly (and still does).
Iris took a lot of time for me. She dealt individually with what moved me personally and where there was potential for improvement. I also clearly noticed during the conversation what my mental contradiction was. Suddenly it was so obvious and completely clear.
