Wir wollten gern einen isländischen Poncho zum Reiten haben. Die Ponchos von Kidka hatten wir zuvor auf einer Messe gesehen und nun nachträglich einen bei Islandfreund bestellt. War sehr schnell da, aber leider hakte der Reißverschluss unserer Meinung etwas. Für den doch nicht geringen Preis gefiel uns das nicht. Und wie heißt es so schön:“Ob es gut ist, merkt man erst wenn es schlecht ist.“ In diesem Fall Islandfreund: total zuvorkommend nach einer ersten Mail direkt telefonisch beraten worden, Videos über den Reißverschluss hin- und hergeschickt und dann letztendlich den Poncho doch auf unseren Wunsch hin ausgetauscht. Wobei wir die Option schon von Anfang an hatten; es ist nie das Gefühl aufgekommen wir wären zu pingelig oder ähnliches. So geht sehr guter Kundenservice. Macht weiter so! Wir werden Euch in guter Erinnerung behalten und bestimmt weiter Kunden bleiben.

Schon seit Jahreen wollte ich mir einen Pulli bei den Islandfreunden bestellen, jetzt habe ich es endlich einmal geschafft. Ich habe eine Maail bekommen als mein Traumpulli lieferbar war. Die Bestellung und Lieferung war sehr problemlos.
Mit riesigem Stolz laufe ich jetzt mit meinem Traum durch die Gegend , ich könnte mir gleich noch einen bestellen. Freu mich jetzt immer wenn es kalt ist und ich warm eingepackt sein kann.
Macht weiter so.

Von der freundlichen, telefonischen Bestellung bis zur Lieferung war alles super. Diesmal war es ein Poncho, Qualität, Verarbeitung und Farbe (von KIDKA) einfach perfekt. Meine Jacke von Islandfreund trage ich selbst bei leichten Minusgraden, sie hält warm und Nässe geht nicht durch. Wurde schon mehrere Male auf meine Jacke angesprochen, selbst auf Island. Ich kann Islandfreund auf WÄRMSTE empfehlen. Weiter so.

Wir haben einen Pullover für Weihnachten gekauft und er ist traumhaft. Oh mein Gott ist der schön!!! Ich würde meine Seele für den Pullover verkaufen, aber das brauche ich jetzt nicht mehr. I was particularly pleased with the friendliness and competence service.
They know extensively about the wool and sizes.
The goods (sweaters, jackets, hats, etc. ).
The quality of the goods is very good. The price-performance ratio does justice to it.
Therefore, I would recommend the store in Falkensee with a clear conscience.

Iceland Friend supports the local association of knitters who really offer the real hand-knitted sweaters. This is a very crucial point, because unfortunately there are also fake suppliers.
I am definitely happy with the wonderful sweater in Plötulopi. The Icelanders can do it.

I have now worn the sweater about 1 week in typical northern German weather and am completely convinced of the
Sweater convinced. He warms, drizzle does not penetrate. .
The sweater is easy to wear because it is surprisingly light for its properties.
