I can wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone who has health problems. After 16 weeks, almost none of my severe symptoms (hair loss, food intolerances, bloating, weight gain) are still present, and I have lost 6 kg really easily over the course of the program. I learned an incredible amount about myself and my body. But above all, I also learned to finally prioritize myself. I am so grateful to Iwonna and the whole team for this loving support - it has changed my life for the better.

Iwonna has a wealth of in-depth knowledge. She supports you wherever she can and always tries to help. Her knowledge is very extensive and therefore very beneficial for various illnesses. When I came to Iwonna Riesenfeld's mentoring program, I really had no hope that anyone would be able to help me. I suffered from exhaustion, hair loss, permanent weight gain, an unpleasant feeling of fullness and felt like I was no longer myself. I can highly recommend Iwonna and am so glad that I came across her and her wonderful mentoring via Instagram. At first I had real doubts as to whether I should go down this path, as I had been through a huge medical marathon and various visits to alternative practitioners, all of which were unsuccessful. Before I came to Iwonna Riesenfeld, I was pretty desperate. Due to my illnesses (hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, insulin resistance, PCOS etc.) and their symptoms such as severe weight gain, exhaustion, hair loss, constant tiredness etc. (the list of symptoms is very long :D), I had been through quite a medical marathon. I decided to take part in the mentoring program and I have to say that it was the best decision of my life. Four weeks have now passed and what can I say? Iwonna always has a lot of understanding for your own feelings and emotions, she is always available with help and advice and has an incredibly loving and friendly manner. You can tell with Iwonna that she cares about us and wants to help us. Iwonna also uncovered some illnesses that the doctors never wanted to hear about. Mentoring has already taught me a lot about the illnesses, but also about myself. Iwonna takes you by the hand and accompanies you like a best friend. My skin (acne) has already improved, I've already lost 4 kilos in four weeks without feeling like I have to go without, I feel fitter and stomach and bowel pains are more of a thing of the past. Mentoring was the best decision I could have ever made. I no longer believed that there was a solution to my complaints. For many years I have been suffering from weight problems, tiredness and exhaustion, hair loss, digestive problems, lack of concentration etc. due to Hashimoto's. After the mentoring, I have now lost 12 kilos and feel fit as a fiddle. I have the feeling that I am back in control of my life, I feel like myself again and have regained a lot of joie de vivre. A lot has changed for me on both a mental and a physical level, so I would absolutely recommend it, I can only advise everyone to take part in mentoring!

When I started the program, I was really at the end of my rope physically. Due to Hashimoto's, I suffered from various symptoms such as hair loss, lack of energy and constant bloating. After a lot of meals, my stomach was really bloated. The doctors always told me that I was well treated and that nothing else could be done. Now, after twelve weeks, all the symptoms have really disappeared, I feel full of energy again and feel really good in my body, which I would never have thought before.

I have been in treatment with Ms. Riesenfeld for about 6 months and can recommend her without reservation. She takes an incredible amount of time at every appointment, gives a lot of tips, is totally sympathetic and as it turned out after a short time: incredibly competent. I came to her after a 3-year marathon with doctors & with incredibly happy to have gone this way. Extreme states of exhaustion, constant infections, no weight loss despite deficit and permanent fatigue after my pregnancy were presented as normal, since my blood values were "okay". In the end it was Mrs. Riesenfeld who recognized my high nutrient deficiency, intolerances and further inflammations. Already a few weeks after starting the treatment I felt better day by day.
