Thanks to the support of the Jablonka duo, we succeeded in selling my mother's house. The exposé had been put together with a sure instinct, good and less good attributes were in a balanced relationship. Since the offer was placed at a time when the real estate market had plummeted, Mr. Jablonka Jr. in particular made extremely competent use of the variety of offer platforms available for marketing properties. Ultimately, this led to a successful sale.
The terms of the contract were negotiated skillfully and sensitively to the satisfaction of both parties, and Mr. Jablonka Jr. was very helpful and responsibly involved in the preparation of the purchase contract. In addition, he was in charge of the handover of the house and completed the sale in a balanced manner.
I would like to thank him very much for his active and sensitive support and would highly recommend him, as he is absolutely competent.

For more than 20 years, Jablonka Immobilen und Verwaltung has managed my condominiums in Mölln to my complete satisfaction. There was neither cause for complaint nor lack of commitment on the part of the property management with regard to order and maintenance of the common property. The bookkeeping and budget management were always correct. Agreements were reliably kept. Therefore, I can and will recommend Jablonka Immobilen & Verwaltung at any time with a clear conscience.

I have sold an object and can therefore not say anything about a brokered object

Jablonka Immobilien & Verwaltungen work very professionally. At the owners' meetings they are always very well prepared. Mr. Jablonka leads the meetings with great professional knowledge. The house money accounts are always coherent and there have never been any complaints.
In real estate sales, Mr. Jablonka advised me well from the initial inspection to the notary appointment. He pointed out minor defects as well as the advantages of the properties for sale.
Even after the conclusion of the contract, Mr. Jablonka and his team continued to provide me with advice and support.

We had to sell a house near Mölln. Our problem was that we lived about 900 km away. So we had no information about real estate agents in this area. By chance we got from a former surveyor (for our then new roof), the recommendation for the company Jablonka from Mölln. After that we contacted the company Jablonka in writing. This was answered very promptly and we had a quick inspection appointment in the house and then talked about our ideas. Everything else was handled by Mr. Jablonka. He informed us about the viewing dates via telephone calls, then informed us about possible interested parties and discussed the further procedure with us. We were very surprised that our house had already found a buyer after 3 months, because it was already very special. We had not dreamed of that. From our first conversation we had the good feeling to leave our house sale in trustful and professional hands and it has been confirmed. We can recommend the Jablonka real estate company with a very clear conscience. Thank you very much.
