When I come to Julia's rooms, I immediately notice how I calm down inside and concentrate only on myself. I was there for a Reiki treatment, which was a completely new experience for me. Before I felt stressed and somehow out of balance. Afterwards I felt much better and much more balanced. It won't be the last time I treat myself to this. Julia's calm and professional manner rounds the whole thing off perfectly. Thank you very much for that.

For years I have been struggling with anxiety caused by childhood trauma. I have already undergone various therapies. With increasing age, they are now coming back.
When I got to know Julia in her lovingly approachable way and her beautiful practice rooms, I had a completely new feeling of therapy... a bit like being in a protected cocoon. After my two sessions with Julia, accompanied by tapping therapy and a regression hypnosis, I feel so much lighter and freer and am coming back to myself.

I found Julia online by chance and fortunately for me, as I had been thinking about using hypnosis therapy for issues from the past for some time and was curious to see what to expect. After our first phone call, I was immediately convinced that she could help me and that I was in good hands with her. Julia has the special gift of being able to create a space in which I could let go emotionally and she also ensures peace and relaxation in the rooms with great attention to detail. As a result, we had very intense and emotional appointments and after my hypnosis I am simply thrilled with what this made possible. Again and again I am caught up in the topic of my parents' divorce, sometimes everyday situations upset me or in other moments my self-confidence becomes very small and I adapt instead of standing by myself. I've had it in my head for a while that I need to work through certain things here, but I've always lacked a person I can trust 100 percent, someone who becomes part of my inner process. In Julia I have found that person. You have to experience her loving, empathic and at the same time calming way. Only then will one be able to understand what she radiates and how much more she gives than is demanded of her.
At the beginning of the treatment I was very excited and anxious because I didn't know what was coming up, what issues I might have repressed would come up. But she herself as well as her space grounded me and I was able to immediately engage with the new situation. Any pent up emotions are here in a very protected space and can be let out without getting a bad feeling. The topic of nutrient supply was also not neglected, I received very valuable tips, was able to expand my knowledge and thus optimize my daily intake accordingly.
Today I feel much more vital and stronger with myself. Of course there is still potential for improvement, and I would not call myself completely self-confident, but I can better recall who I am and how proud I can be to be myself. Another experience I had was that I had the feeling that things between my parents and me were resolved without them being there. As if the energy flow between them and me was able to flow better again. This may sound unreal, but that's exactly how I experienced it and I am more than grateful to you dear Julia!

I have been dealing with extreme stressful situations related to school since my early childhood and could not loosen up and relax for a minute. Because of this stress and pressure I always put on myself, I subconsciously started grinding my teeth at night, which led to significant physical discomfort for me. Now I hardly recognize myself in many situations. The other day, I cooked myself something before studying and sat down at my desk with a candle, which would never have been possible before. This inner peace has also made learning much more efficient for me now, as I have learned to set priorities and take the pressure off myself.
When I first came to Julia's practice, I felt immediately at ease in her premises and through her incredibly kind manner and was able to block out the stressful everyday life. Even though I had some respect before the hypnosis, I never felt afraid due to Julia's relaxed manner and the incredibly comfortable chair :). Julia gave me super advice and clarification about everything. And not just on one point, but very diverse. Among other things, she offered me extensive and inspiring advice on the subject of nutrient supply (intake of minerals, trace elements, vitamins) and detoxification, which I of course happily accepted and after talking in detail received and took away very valuable tips that are now a permanent part of my life and have changed many things positively.

I am just so incredibly grateful that Julia met me. Over a year ago I had a physical and mental breakdown. Conclusion - moderate depression and absolute exhaustion. In my environment I am a sunshine and absolute positive person. There was nothing left of that. I could now talk so much about this state of mine, but for this these lines would perhaps not be enough. But everyone has to carry his own baggage and with everyone it is different. I need a person who I can trust 100%, especially when it comes to hypnosis, that is my attitude and Julia is this person for me. I have been trying to quit smoking for a long time. After a few failed attempts, I decided to try hypnosis. I must admit that I was unsure at first. Will hypnosis help? Can I even engage in the treatment? My skepticism vanished into thin air when I entered the practice. For more than 30 years I have been struggling with migraines on and off. Strong painkillers have unfortunately also left their mark over the years. At times I was very desperate and had already given up. Doctors advised me to reduce stress and change my diet. This only had a limited effect.
