I have been dealing with extreme stressful situations related to school since my early childhood and could not loosen up and relax for a minute. Because of this stress and pressure I always put on myself, I subconsciously started grinding my teeth at night, which led to significant physical discomfort for me. Now I hardly recognize myself in many situations. The other day, I cooked myself something before studying and sat down at my desk with a candle, which would never have been possible before. This inner peace has also made learning much more efficient for me now, as I have learned to set priorities and take the pressure off myself.
When I first came to Julia's practice, I felt immediately at ease in her premises and through her incredibly kind manner and was able to block out the stressful everyday life. Even though I had some respect before the hypnosis, I never felt afraid due to Julia's relaxed manner and the incredibly comfortable chair :). Julia gave me super advice and clarification about everything. And not just on one point, but very diverse. Among other things, she offered me extensive and inspiring advice on the subject of nutrient supply (intake of minerals, trace elements, vitamins) and detoxification, which I of course happily accepted and after talking in detail received and took away very valuable tips that are now a permanent part of my life and have changed many things positively.
All this was an incredibly good experience for me and I am so grateful to Julia for everything🫶.
