Over the course of a week, he showed us different types of martial arts, from fist fighting to kenjutsu, and helped us to choreograph various stage fights.
He was always available to answer questions, and requests from participants were taken on board and incorporated into the course.

The self-defense seminar was very practice-oriented and focused on defensive measures that are simple and intuitive enough to be used with appropriate practice. There were also tips on the mindset required for self-defense. I left with the feeling that I had taken something away with me that could really help me. The support from the trainer was very attentive throughout and with a good view of the individual participants.

Actually "reality based" and not complicated techniques that sound great in theory but are unlikely to work in reality.

In the knife defense seminar, simple but effective defense techniques for knife attacks were taught in a pleasant atmosphere. The experienced seminar leader was always close by and explained and corrected mistakes. With the new knowledge I have gained, I feel I can better assess certain dangerous situations and protect myself. I can therefore highly recommend a seminar at Fang Tao.

I started private training in the summer of 2022 because I had very little self-confidence
The private training brought me about 1 year later so far that I was ready to go to the Kyeok Thai Fu course and about 1 month later to take the weapons course as well
