I had thought I was well prepared for the application process - but during the coaching with the career heroes, I quickly realized that there was still a lot of potential for improvement. I was particularly impressed by how specifically my coach improved my application documents and helped me to set the right focus in my job search.

Thanks to the collaboration, I was able to significantly reduce the effort I put into preparing for job interviews and now appear much more confident.

I was completely satisfied with the coaching and not only gained valuable strategies, but also new self-confidence. I can recommend Karrierehelden to anyone who wants to take their application strategy to the next level professionally.

Communication with Karrierehelden itself was quick and smooth and very friendly, my coach was super competent and very nice. I also think the academy is a great help, but for personal reasons I wasn't able to make full use of it. All in all, it was a great help in finding a suitable job and preparing for starting work. It was a lot of fun, there was a lot of material for self-learning. I would have liked there to have been a few more lessons and a little less self-learning (2/3 vs 1/3). The fit was great with the coach, but you could check in advance whether it would fit if it didn't.

Coaching with Karrierehelden was a real enrichment for me. They don't work in a cookie-cutter way, but instead take an individual approach. Even as an introvert with social phobia, I felt understood and in good hands. The coaching has completely changed the way I think about job applications and job hunting - I am now more honest, more self-confident and know exactly what I want. I have learned to stop writing mass applications and to fight for the job that is really worth it. I am incredibly grateful for this experience and can wholeheartedly recommend Karrierehelden.

The coaching concept of Karrierehelden, consisting of live calls with Coach Christine as remote coaching and a video academy with learning videos and work materials for independent work, is a very modern and refreshing learning method. The empathic exchange with Christine in the live calls is a motivating and useful support. The coaching is didactically well structured through the video academy - if necessary, Christine also deals with individual topics very flexibly and in a different order. In addition to the regular calls on learning progress and the consolidation of individual content, I particularly liked the video academy. The compact tools, materials and suggestions presented there can be used for a while after the end of the live calls - this offer is much more comprehensive than I initially expected.
I can recommend the coaching at any time, it even exceeded my expectations.

Working with my coach Christine was extremely rewarding. She gave me lots of helpful food for thought, motivated me, boosted my self-confidence, always gave me super quick and detailed feedback and supported me in every mood. Thank you for that!

"Ahead of its time" is how I would describe the conceptual approach of Karrierehelden. The theory block actually contains new methodologies paired with current computer programs, so that AI also finds its way into the process. The theory is rounded off by very good coaches who respond very individually to personal needs and were able to achieve great results together. All in all, a very professional affair!

I wrote several really great cover letters with my coach and also created an informative CV. But we didn't just write, we also practiced for job interviews. I received excellent training in everything I would need to know. The coach helped me to draft every sentence correctly and taught me how to use AI tools properly. I have my first interview after the first few weeks.
