Before I started coaching, I was feeling pretty down. I had almost no self-confidence and little faith in myself and my abilities. My job applications kept getting rejected, and my success rate in getting invited to interviews was very low.

Christine helped me rebuild that self-confidence. She not only completely revamped my resume but also changed my perspective on the entire job application process. Above all, she showed me how important it is to market myself specifically for the industries and positions where I actually want to work.

The entire process and its structure were guided by Karrierehelden—and especially by my coach, Christine. With great patience and empathy, she guided me through this process and helped me rediscover myself and recognize my strengths once again.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Karrierehelden. The structure, the patience, and above all, the empathy were simply outstanding.

Today, I can approach the job application process with a much more focused and goal-oriented mindset. I also know now that if an application is rejected, it doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with me or my skills. Rather, it means that the company and I ultimately aren’t a good fit.

The one-on-one coaching was very helpful in making a few more improvements to my resume and cover letter. The Video Academy was also quite easy to use, since you could choose what you needed. However, it would be helpful to check that the links in the Video Academy are up to date, as some of them don’t work, and to verify that some files are functional, since some are corrupted and cannot be opened.

I was very satisfied with the training, especially with my coach. She was a great support and gave me lots of helpful tips. I find some of the videos from the online academy a bit long-winded, but the content is very informative, especially when combined with the supplementary materials.

Personally, I got more out of the live calls than out of the videos. Even though the combination of both was the reason I chose Karrierehelden in the first place, in the future I would be more likely to choose a provider that offers exclusively live coaching sessions.

Looking back, I didn’t find the career review or the anchor test particularly helpful for me personally, though they might be useful for others. Still, I felt well taken care of.

Working with the coach was extremely productive and focused on achieving results. Of course, I can’t say much about the results at this point, since I haven’t received any feedback on my recent applications yet. Christina Stellmacher, my coach, really optimized everything that needed optimizing. From my application materials and resume to important connections I hadn’t even realized before—her support helped me understand so much.

She took a lot of time to explain everything to me in detail and worked with great dedication to support me as best as possible. I particularly appreciated her empathy and her genuine interest in seeing me make progress.

Thanks to her help, I was able to identify and eliminate the specific issues that had previously led to—or could have led to—mistakes in the application process. Overall, the coaching helped me tremendously, and I would absolutely recommend it to others.
