On this way a heartfelt thank you ! I am one of the people whose lives you inspire to change through your daily coaching on the radio. In the consequence I had then also acquired your Selsbtcoachingprogramm. Also in it I find a lot of valuable suggestions and tips suitable for everyday life to pave the way for changes. Or to implement approaches immediately. Because there it was sometimes only the way to formulate a question differently, and already a door opened to a realization. Also the individual articles on the homepage : quite fabulous.
At the same time, I also liked the closeness to the pragmatic, very sympathetic. Very down-to-earth advice for situations that can hit anyone.

I have worked with Kathrin in various roles and have come to know her as highly analytical, very focused and far-sighted. Her special asset in the collaboration was her authenticity. Good things were flagged as good and celebrated as a joint success. Critical issues or elements were addressed openly, but always with a desire to resolve them, no matter how complex. She is able to match the intellect/expected eye level of her interlocutor, and tailor the speed and depth of the collaboration to the client at hand. She never loses sight of the goal, and her results validate her approach.
