We were very satisfied with Mr. Keller as a real estate agent; we bought a house and sold a house through him.
The entire process for both houses, with everything that goes with it (appointments arranged, whether with the notary's office or for the viewing for the sale, or much more.... ) he handled everything to our complete satisfaction and with reliability.
We would recommend him at any time.

First of all: We haven't made a final decision yet, but Mr. Keller has been the most serious and honest estate agent we've had in the last three years!!!
He provided all the relevant information, is personable, really took a lot of time, can answer all questions precisely, doesn't sugarcoat anything and, as already mentioned above, even included offers to estimate the modernization and renovation work. Pretty much every estate agent we've had so far can take a leaf out of his book!

Recommendation
We had a viewing appointment with Mr. Keller. In contrast to our previous experiences with other estate agents from other companies, we felt that we were in good hands with him. We were given a professional tour of the property and all our questions were answered competently. However, the property did not meet our requirements due to the high need for renovation, but I would recommend Keller & Königs Immobilien at any time.

We were very satisfied, both with the information about the property (exposé, other materials) and the support (e.g. assistance in finding tradesmen to estimate modernization costs). Mr. Keller was very friendly and helpful, and was always able to provide quick answers to questions.
In the end, the purchase did not go through, but this was due to the property and not the support.
Many thanks again this way.

Today we had the pleasure of arranging a viewing appointment with Mr. Keller from Keller und Königs Immobilien in Kempenich. We were informed about many details by telephone in advance, which left us with a positive impression. The fact that the viewing was scheduled for one hour seemed a little unusual to us at first, as we had usually experienced viewings every 1/4 or 1/2 hour.

However, this decision turned out to be extremely beneficial. The viewing was extremely thorough and enough time was taken to show and explain everything to us in detail. Nevertheless, in the end the property turned out to be too big for our needs. Nevertheless, we are confident that Mr. Keller will soon find the right property for us.

His professional and committed approach convinced us. We can't think of a better estate agent who could guide us through the process with such calm and competence. We look forward to working with Mr. Keller and are confident that he will guide us to the perfect home.

We visited a property with Mr. Keller and he answered all our questions openly and the expose had all the information we needed. He was very flexible and reliable and we will recommend him to others. We haven't found our dream house yet, but we are still looking and Mr. Keller is supporting us.
