Renovation and addition of a floor to an existing property in the city center.

Financing is being provided for a building project in the Lake Constance region dating from the 1960s. The property is being extensively renovated and extended by a community of developers. The community of builders is using the resulting property partly for commercial and partly for private residential purposes, which was a major challenge, particularly in the selection of KfW funding programs.

The Kreditmanufaktur Bodensee, represented by Ms. Auer, proactively supported the project during the 3-year project period by providing advice on subsidies (KfW and BAFA, etc.), the selection of adequate financial products as well as with the mediation of a regional bank.

Particularly challenging were the changing funding conditions over the project period, the associated coordination with the tax advisors, auditors, the KfW consultant, architects and last but not least the community of builders with a very dynamic interest rate and construction cost development.

Mrs. Auer has become a valued contact person due to her flexible, persevering and very committed way of working.
