Kristina has helped me personally a lot. At the beginning of January 2022, she gave me some treatments that changed my life for the better. At that time, I was dealing with many issues, such as bad family relationships, negative beliefs, unhappy lifestyle and much more. Through Kristina's knowledge and skills, everything has improved. My relationship with my family (mom, dad and brother) is better than ever and we get along very well. I was able to dissolve most of my negative beliefs through Kristina's help, which adds tremendous value to my everyday life. I go through life happier to this day, for which I am very grateful.
I am very excited about the further cooperation with Kristina, when we will tackle topics that deal mainly with "inner child work" and "ancestor system". This is because I have noticed that past experiences during my birth, childhood and as an adolescent have still left profound damage.

Overall, I can highly recommend Kristina to anyone who wants to improve their life and experience more joy in life.

January 22 I started coaching and it was a deep healing process in which Kristina accompanied me. She has extensive knowledge and skills that are hard to put into words. My processes dealt with many private issues, as well as beliefs and patterns that blocked me in my business. Through the treatments I was able to free myself piece by piece to regain clarity and strength. I was able to overcome some challenges and feel joy in life again. I feel deepest gratitude for the last 6 months of support!

Kristina is a perfect all-round coach!
Since April 2022 Kristina is at my side with advice and support for any problems I might have right now and opens my eyes to my immeasurable potential!
I wait for our 2-week meetings with a lot of enthusiasm. She is very easy to get along with and it is a lot of fun to discuss and tackle my difficulties with her. This may sound strange, but Kristina manages it very well! I am very happy to be able to tackle the problems with her by my side. From this, the solution follows naturally.
We not only do inner child work and tackle beliefs that prevent me from going my own way freely and carefree in any area of life, but also ancestor work, energetic treatments and - very exciting - quite normal everyday issues like relationships and job. In all these Kristina can support and inspire me wonderfully. Rather, thanks to an energetic cleaning of my bedroom, I can now meditate and sleep here again in a very clean vibration.
I am proud to have her by my side on this not easy path of transformation and release of old burdens.

The coaching with Kristina was a true lifechanger for me. After an initial introductory conversation, I felt how she immediately built up an access to me and my topic with her empathic manner. The coaching sessions, which took place both online and live, led to the fact that from week to week I was able to better understand and, above all, recognize my own issue in order to be able to resolve it. Through various techniques Kristina helped me to release my inner blockages. I definitely have more quality of life now. Thank you very much for that!
