Thank you very much for your evaluation, which we cannot understand in this way. We have always had different manufacturers for our various fences. Your criticism refers exclusively to the appearance of a garden fence gate of the classic variant with narrow slats and can therefore in no way be generalized. This gate exactly matches the look of all other elements of this type of fence and is therefore more suitable than if it had a wide frame, as in previous designs to which you refer. The fact that you personally like it less is purely a matter of taste. The latch is a simple standard shape, cylinder lock and stop are metal, all in fence color, so visually suitable. The only thing that is not in fence color are the floor latches, where at first you did not know how to attach them, but then we described to you. Primitive would be a simple galvanized bolt as a gate lock, a latch with lockable cylinder lock in any case not. Unfortunately, we can not do anything for your personal taste.

On-site appointments with customers are not part of our offer, certainly not as for example with you at a distance of over 100 km. These are also not included in our offer prices. Consultations at our sales office, on the other hand, are possible at any time. However, you had not taken advantage of this option. Fastening to masonry piers is done in the simplest way imaginable with screw-on retaining shoes, which were also offered and supplied. Irrespective of this, you did not ask for further information on this at any time. In this respect, we cannot understand any shortcomings in customer service and advice.

Dear customer, the delays last year were caused by the Corona pandemic and restrictions imposed by the government. Among other things, these led to temporary closures of production facilities and thus to the disruption of supply chains. These are external influences over which we had no control and were not our fault. And that is how we should be judged.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we cannot understand your rating for several reasons.
1. deburr parts - This was a round Equisafe plastic paddock fence with round slats and round posts, so without edges, except at the slat ends or possibly the post ends. There is a logical reason why the ends of the slats are not deburred. As a rule, laths have to be shortened on site in order to unwind or expose the embedded stainless steel wire for connecting. If a batten end were deburred, you would then cut it off anyway. Above all, however, battens always end inside piers where the batten ends can neither be seen nor touched. What good would a neat deburring do there? Plastic piers go into the ground with the lower end, and a cap is placed on the upper end to cover the edge. In addition, piers have smooth edges at the ends anyway. Therefore, this point is not understandable for us.
2. among other things, they had received inner wooden pillars for the gate, and wooden pillars should be impregnated so that they do not weather. The fact that an impregnation in exceptional cases can also sometimes have moist residues on pillars is unpleasant, but not the rule. But just when you notice something like that, it should be logical that you do not hit wet wooden pillars with a hammer. In our assembly instructions, the insertion of plastic pillars is described, with the hint to dig a hole, insert the hollow pillars and "carefully" hammer in the last piece with a rubber mallet. However, nowhere in the assembly instructions does it say that wooden pillars made of solid material should be driven in with a hammer. Such pillars are dug into the ground. Then nothing would have happened. Blaming us afterwards and arguing that we did not care is simply not correct. Of course, we responded and gave you advice on the proper means of cleaning the stains. Sanding was not necessary. Moreover, your complaints came only after the materials had been built up, so that they could not even have been simply replaced. We also recommended remedies for the skin irritations. So we did not ignore the problem at all. In addition, we take even more care to send only dried pillars to avoid something like this in the future. We have even changed the impregnating agent in the meantime. Of course, we could not change your mishap afterwards.
3. as for the packing of the wooden pillars, the carrier should also take care that all the material is packed in a proper way, and that is when loading. Since in this case you had picked up the material yourself, our production is therefore not solely to blame. You did not notice the inadequate packing of the damp pillars any more than our people did.
Of course, the matter was very annoying, no question. But to blame us alone for this is not even close to the correct facts.
