I booked the service for my parents who need care. The relief is noticeable. The burden is much less for everyone involved. Relief is spreading. Thank you, KVA+.
One small drawback: KVA+ is currently difficult to reach by phone. But that is no different at Debeka (insurance group) at the moment. However, the customer portal and e-mail are sufficient for me to keep track. Although a short conversation with the ladies from KVA+ is much nicer!
Unfortunately, the communication is not right at all. In the time where I have to ask everything and write afterwards by mail, I can rather do it all myself. After half a year very disappointed given up. Except Fr.Fischer apparently no one has a clue when it goes beyond aid and insurance submit drüber. More generve and trouble than benefit, unless you are very wealthy and small change is not interested.

My father is a private patient. Due to serious illnesses, he is no longer able to settle the accounts for the allowance and insurance himself. After he was classified in care level 3, the paper war broke out in our house. Neither the allowance nor the insurance company were helpful. Then I discovered KVA+. The staff are all friendly and patient. Every single step was explained to me so I can understand everything. I put the receipts in the envelope and send it to KVA and KVA takes it from there. We are a young family with a small disabled child and entitled to assistance. This young company has already brought us a lot of added value: not only more time for our child! It is thanks to Mrs. Fischer from KVA+ that our severely disabled son was classified in care level 5. On our own, we would not have been able to cope so well with the organizational work involved with insurance and allowances. Unfortunately, the services of KVA+ cannot yet be billed to the long-term care insurance fund. That would be an additional help for us financially! We hope that the authorities will soon recognize the added value for people in need of care. Nevertheless, every cent out of our own pocket is money well invested!
