I can highly recommend coaching with Stelios. Stelios uses the systemic approach in an impressive way. He not only looks at the immediate problem, but also at the bigger picture. This gave me deeper insights into my own behavior and the dynamics of my environment. Stelios' ability to listen and truly understand is remarkable. This was my second coaching session with Stelios and my expectations were once again fully met. Thanks to the systemic approach, I was able to regain a clear view of my abilities, which had become very blurred and clouded in recent years due to my different roles in my professional and private environment. I was able to build up a new self-confidence and thus set the course for a professional reorientation.
