I took the preparation for the ihk exam for the project and office management specialist course with him in August 2024.
Mr. Sprick managed to talk about all the topics. He provided us with exercises to learn how to answer the questions in the exam, because we all know that they are very complicated, even though the answers are often simple.
He actively involved all participants (11 in total) in the course.
We were provided with material after each event.

I was interested in an online seminar and had several inquiries in this regard. First, I contacted Lernen-Online24 by e-mail and my questions were answered in great detail and individually. Since I still wanted to know details, I then simply called Lernen-Online24. I was also advised in detail over the phone and received additional input that I had not even considered myself. I did not have the impression that they wanted to sell me something... Just imagine... you can actually call this online provider. This is not possible with other online stores. My conclusion: Very good advice!

Well structured lessons, I like that everyone has activated the camera.
Good personal attention.

Each instructor should know the framework of the IHK and know when the exam is.

In the lessons could be more responsive to the practical experience of each participant. In this way, theory can be better linked to practice. There is also a better exchange among the participants. I think it's good when there are also factual discussions among each other, provided that the time allows it.

Thank you for having taken several online seminars with us and for taking the time to rate them. The online seminar you have rated here for preparing for the HQ exam for business administrators (m/f/d) is advertised as a "crash course". Here, 5 subjects are covered in 60 teaching units of 45 minutes each. To be honest, I don't see any room for exchanging experiences and/or bringing in professional experiences. Almost all participants - like you - have taken seminars of several months at other educational institutions and use our course for refreshing and fine-tuning. Like my lecturers, I am of the opinion that the focus here should really be on the material and exam-related tasks. In the seminars lasting several months, you are welcome to bring in professional experience; in this "crash course of the crash course", the main focus is on revision through tasks that are close to the exam. You have already seen that I have put extra lessons for individual subjects, e.g. investment and financing, on account of culpability, which finally Lernen-Online24.de has paid.

It was a very good preparation for the exam, here were partially addressed topics that are quite important, but were not previously treated in normal lessons (education provider).
It was addressed to the wishes of the participants and additional UE were also possible after consultation and need. Many thanks and all the best for the further successful path!

It was all important in what is needed for the exam! The instructor is very helpful and is not afraid to give 10 minutes more time for the participants with words and deeds to the side and to respond to individual questions. This is very commendable! Preparation is the be-all and end-all and the instructor took this to heart and always prepared very well for the upcoming lessons. It has helped me super! Thank you very much!
