We had booked a ferry for Sardinia before the Corona wave. The extension of the ticket and the renewed booking this year went smoothly. Everything has worked perfectly.

We can only recommend Mr. Uhrmann! He took an incredible amount of time in the office and on the phone. His incredible commitment and experience have given us a dreamlike vacation in the Maldives. We are also really glad that we took his advice regarding the accommodation. He really knew what we needed! He lives his profession!!!

Here you get the best advice and care not only before booking. Even on vacation, with us last year on vacation the Corona entry conditions have changed, and were immediately informed by Christof and Silke about it. Best service again and again gladly.

Even in difficult "Corona" times a top service. 2 bookings to Bangkok with different flight dates of the customers were processed super fast. Anahnd the now restrictions (Test & Go in Thailand currently not merh possible) was a rebooking necessary. This was immediately arranged by the "junior manager". In addition, the travel cancellation insurance was adjusted to the new flight dates free of charge.
I have been a customer of yours for a long time and have always received excellent service.
So do not use the Internet, but the service in the office on site!
