The delivery arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. It was announced early on exactly when the delivery would arrive. The driver was punctual and also contacted me shortly before arrival.
The material itself was also very well made. There were no sharp cut edges or anything similar on the aluminum. The glass was transported on a special rack so it also arrived undamaged.
Assembly was very easy, also thanks to the instructions. In general, the roof is very easy to assemble, so that even non-professionals can put it up with a little manpower.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the kit, as well as with the Luxbach company.
Top price/performance! The aluminum is cut very precisely and the colors are also great. Assembly is very simple, so anyone can actually assemble it themselves. I can only recommend it.

First of all, a big praise for the fast delivery and manufacturing of my terrace roofing. The advice beforehand was perfect and it was directly addressed to my wishes, if possible. The assembly is kept very simple with the videos and the written instructions. However, I must criticize one small thing. With me, a few screws were missing, which, however, were delivered within 2 days. All in all, very good store. Gladly again.

The on-site consultation was fabulous. Even with further queries over the phone I was always helped. The announcement of the delivery was almost 2 weeks in advance. Thus, I could prepare perfectly. The delivery was pleasant the driver contacted in advance. The subsequent assembly was also no problem with the help of the video instructions. All in all, a very reasonable and round process.

From order to delivery I was always kept up to date. If I had questions, I was answered immediately, sometimes I was even called although I have made a request by mail. I felt very comfortable. The supplier was also very friendly and the goods in perfect condition.
