According to my evaluation, the team works highly professionally and in my sense. However, I can only evaluate this from the seller's point of view. Starting from a first very transparent and trusting contact from which the assignment arose. There it was discussed, among other things, how the sales process is. Preparation, valuation, marketing process, recourse to own buyer pool and much more. As a private person probably so not possible to do yourself. As a seller, I was also informed at all times and could also follow the sales process online. This was an advantage for me, as I could not be on site during the sales process. Mr. Stolzenburg, but also the whole team of Makro-Immobilien was available for me at any time and took care of my needs. This was done by phone, email and Zoom conference. An all-around carefree package that logically also aims to achieve the best result. I can underline that without a doubt. As a private person, I would have been able to sell the object, but probably would not have achieved the sales price. I would not have been able to make 50 appointments to view the property in about a month. I can also only report good things about the junior managing director Mr. Albrecht and felt very well taken care of until, due to the regional internal division, Mr. Stolzenburg became the main contact person, to whom my special thanks also go. I would choose Makro-Immobilien as a partner again at any time and can therefore recommend the company very highly.
