Before Mr. Kupet, I had three other consultants. A friend from my student days, his successor and a "freelance" consultant from Deutsche Vermögensberatung.

The latter didn't really care and so everything bumbled along over the years, which frustrated me to a certain extent, but in addition to self-employment, family and free time, I didn't have the time to deal with this construction site.

Killed the unprofitable contracts, improved my coverage and finally insured my real estate decently.
