To get me, who has at most dipped my little toe in the cool water, to go ice bathing is really a great achievement! Hats off Maria, I would have bet a lot against it;)
Superb breathing technique to "prepare" for the cold water, very impressive!!!
Well, I was flashed for days after this ice water coaching.
It was really a great experience and I can absolutely recommend Maria as a coach.

I got to know Maria during her first free online workshop. I immediately made an appointment with her because, on the one hand, I was captivated by her positive charisma and energy and, on the other, I really needed a change in my life. Maria gave me a lot of information on how to bring more lightness, contentment and happiness into my life. And she not only changed my life, my husband and children also confided in Maria.
