The consultation was straightforward and very detailed. The price is also very good for the service offered. I can't say anything about the handling of an insurance claim, since none of the devices have been damaged so far. However, I find the promised conditions to be very fair.

Competent and friendly contact at all times and very fast feedback (usually within a few hours), especially in the event of damage. The damage (theft) was processed quickly and reliably and transferred after only one week after receipt of the replacement invoices. Such a trustworthy and reliable partner is what you want in case of damage, thank you very much!

With our previous insurances, we usually had to wait for weeks until we received feedback or answers. Here, we feel that we are answered in seconds and we really feel very comfortable and competently looked after.
