When I received an advertisement from Ingo Valenta that really appealed to me, I read through the reviews and thought "they must be able to help, with so many positive reviews". But I was still a little skeptical. Mainly because the coaching I'd had before wasn't that great and hardly individualized. After my studies, I was unsure about the possibilities of self-employment. I also always had doubts as to whether it was the right thing for me and whether it would work. I have been offering yoga and meditation retreats in Ibiza and Germany for several years. My retreats are usually sold out, but I still want to expand and reach more people with my services.
