Many thanks to Dr. Eubisch, who advised us very well and with commitment on the sale of our somewhat different, not high-priced commercial property. We were thrilled by the great exposé. All discussions with the monument protection, the water authority and the building authority were taken off our hands. Dr. Eubisch was always available for us, even during his vacation. I was not only convinced by the concept of Möllerherm Immobilien, but in my opinion even more importantly by Mrs. Schultz as our real estate agent. Mrs. Schultz is one of the best real estate agents I have ever dealt with. She has a very good feel for the market, has an excellent understanding of both buyer and seller sides, advocates and is always available, always updates on status and does an excellent job of evaluating potential buyers. Although we do not have to pay for this excellent service from Mrs. Nienaß, we are very grateful for the consistently outstanding, moreover very dedicated personal care. We have always felt treated fairly and courteously. As a result, we will probably be able to move as early as possible and minimize the substantial cost of our bridge loan.

the comprehensive answering of our many questions, have helped us during the sale of our
vacation apartment very helpful. Her time commitment, even on weekends, is remarkable. With
your competence we have always felt very safe. On this occasion, we say again
heartfelt thanks. We wish Mrs. Schultz continued success.

The price/performance ratio (1 star), expressly does not diminish the performance of Mrs. Schultz.

The commissions, which are called here, are to be criticized elsewhere.
For example, in Norway, only a total of 2% may be required.

The services of the company Möllerherm can be rated without reservation with more than 5 stars. In particular, the broker Ms. Lange has contributed significantly. She has delivered a spot-on, successful evaluation. She was immediately available at all times, even during her vacation, and also provided help with problems that were not necessarily part of her primary duties. In addition, with her help, an excellent Expose was created through the company. Together with the determination of the purchase price and the documents, a quick sale was achieved to the complete satisfaction of the parties involved. It was also helpful (e.g. when handing over the keys) that there is an office in Lübeck which is open during normal business hours. All in all, a very successful and successful cooperation. It could not have been better. Gladly again at any time!
