- With an update of the control software in the control unit, the WEBASTO parking heater should be integrated. An auxiliary relay found application so far, with failures.
The latter, as there are always surprises with changes to software, did not work.
Now a highly motivated service employee, Mr. V. Zarba and the no less diligent colleagues from the registration and the workshop, come into play.
The ladies at the registration work briskly and super friendly, with correct execution of all work.
Hand in the vehicle, receive a replacement vehicle. The vehicle is shown and explained.
Mr. Zarba, was my contact person for the technical execution and also time coordination.
Wednesday morning delivery,
Evening...the handover burst, the parking heater was without function.
2 minutes later, Mr. Zarba and the mechanic from the workshop were at the vehicle.
Thursday, today it should work. Unfortunately not !
Surprisingly, the friendliness and the willingness to deal completely with the troubleshooting, did not let any resentment arise.
