The production of our 3-minute video on patient safety went smoothly and absolutely professionally. We would not have thought that our extensive preliminary considerations would find room in such a short video. Nevertheless, the creative minds at Mynd managed to convey our important concern and, what's more, created a very visually appealing film. Overall, we are very satisfied with the way our project went. The result is also flawless, we have already received a lot of positive feedback from colleagues.
It was our first project of this kind (2D animation). We were quite surprised by the many individual coordination steps and the long project duration for a one-minute video. But every single step was well thought out, important and useful.
We would have liked a little more flexibility in individual points, but when we had small special requests, we were immediately informed of the additional costs involved.

From the idea to the finished video - Mynd accompanies and advises the production very well. In communication, in the production process and also in the feedback loops, Mynd is transpartent and communicates in a targeted and customer-oriented manner. They also prepare complex and demanding topics in videos very well and to the point. Mynd is without a doubt recommendable :)

Despite a short-term request, the implementation took place on time and with a great result in German and English. It was communicated very transparently by when which decision had to be made by our side so that the deadline could be met. When we were not satisfied with one aspect, everything was done in a very uncomplicated way to shape the result according to our ideas.

Pleasant cooperation during proposal preparation and project management. We are very satisfied with the result and would like to thank the entire MYND team for their commitment!

We would have wished for more precision in the implementation of the feedback loops. Particularly in replacement times with changing contact persons, we had to request changes several times, which increased the number of feedback loops and the overall schedule. As a result, we had very short feedback periods on the customer side.

I was impressed by the very clear and fast communication and the speed of the work in progress. But above that I want to mention the personal contact, who was always really friendly and heart-kinded. For me, humanity is absolutely the most important thing in a cooperation and it is exactly this quality that Mynd has shown, which is unfortunately no longer a matter of course in this day and age. Also the quality of the video is great and just matched the exact spot what we wanted to have in the video.
