Hello Natalia,

You are an extraordinary person, with your delivery you pull the whole team (group) along. Even the self-proclaimed Alfa animals are listening because they have realized that they can still learn something. Including me.
1. top preparation
2. inclusion of the reserved people. (characters).
3. to put all people on the same level in the learning process, top starting position. For many, this takes the pressure off the boss.
4. a lot of support for the acquisition of new knowledge.

5 I could list many more positive points without finding a negative one.

I got to know Natalia at a management seminar a few years ago. The MBTI approach inspired me and so it was a pleasure to plan an MBTI team workshop together with Natalia:
- Design: customized to both our team size and the current challenges in the team
- Implementation: Very committed, professional, patient, situational and flexible in responding to the dynamics of the workshop and the participants
- Follow-up: Photo protocols, helpful summarizing and supplementary material

In short: The workshop was a complete success and the collaboration was varied, motivating and a lot of fun.
