We were particularly satisfied with the valuation of the apartment, including a very detailed real estate market analysis and reference to existing properties in the vicinity. We really had the impression that Mr. Neubauer put himself in our shoes and gave us expert advice. He gave us valuable tips and food for thought.
In no way did we have the feeling that he was working towards a quick deal.
