Nicole is such a lovely and pleasant person - her voice, the structure of the session, I really liked everything very, very much and on the day of our session, I was changed, deeply relaxed and inspired. Nicole gave me some great tips on how I could continue to relax and de-stress. It really was a wonderful little break that Nicole gave me with her meditation. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nicole.

As I have difficulty relaxing, I had a "relaxation hypnosis" session with Nicole. Right from the start, I felt that I was in good hands with her and she was able to give me great tips on how to boost my energy. So the added value was there even before the hypnosis began. When we started, Nicole worked with lots of positive emotions and kept connecting with me so that I was well supported the whole time. Towards the end, she led me into a moment of absolute stillness and this is where the real magic happened for me! I noticed how "stress thoughts" came up in me and wanted to disturb my peace. But then came a huge purple wave that took over the whole room and simply washed away all the "stress thoughts". Afterwards, I read up on the meaning of the color again and it stands for spirituality, universal love, the higher self, wisdom and presence! Wow! I was skeptical at first whether online hypnosis would work, but it was great!

We made an appointment for a 1-hour conversation, 30 minutes of exchange and about 30 minutes of relaxation hypnosis. The conversation was incredibly inspiring, but unfortunately I had to cut it short after about 25 minutes due to an emergency in the family. Nicole then simply took another whole hour for me a few days later. I thought that was brilliant. The conversation was again incredibly insightful for me and the relaxation afterwards was simply brilliant. I was able to really let go and afterwards I was so deeply relaxed... I'll be honest, I didn't think something like this was possible online via Zoomcall, but I was definitely proved wrong :-)

I was able to enjoy a relaxation hypnosis session with Nicole Freudenberg using the Freudenberg Method, which she developed herself.

Both the preparation and the execution made a very professional impression. Her relaxed and serious manner and pleasant voice made it easy for me to surrender to the hypnosis.

It was my first hypnosis. And did it work? I was totally relaxed after the hypnosis and a lot had to happen afterwards to get me out of it 😉

I can highly recommend her hypnosis for relaxation.

Nicole was extremely personable, friendly, courteous, solution-oriented and helpful. I felt that I was in good hands during our Zoom meeting. Nicole paid attention to details and I was very positively surprised that she emphasized an important topic for me, which is very good for me personally. At first I was a little skeptical as to whether hypnosis could work at all virtually. But Nicole quickly managed to dispel my skepticism and first introduced me to hypnosis very carefully with specific questions (during the conversation she was very responsive to me and my situation and gave me a few relaxation techniques) and then conducted the actual 'session' in her very calm and friendly manner.

I always have a lot on my mind and therefore had difficulties listening to myself at the beginning, but Nicole managed to create the perfect setting for me so that I didn't even notice the transition to another level of consciousness. It was only when the 20 minutes were up (far too quickly) that I realized that although I was there the whole time, I was somewhere in my own world of thoughts.

When I really came back to myself at the end, I was amazed at how calm everything around me was at once. It all felt so soft, a bit like being wrapped in absorbent cotton. A really great experience.

I had a half-hour online anti-stress hypnosis session with Nicole using the Freudenberg Method®. Unfortunately, her internet connection was poor, so I was a bit lost. After switching to the phone, I was able to concentrate better on her voice. She guided me through the hypnosis very well and I was definitely more relaxed afterwards than before. Without the internet problems, however, I would have benefited much more.
