I got to know Mr. Gräter on a trip with Mein Schiff 3 from March 28, 2024 to April 23, 2024. He showed me a different perspective on some things with his lectures, and he does it with an ease that makes you want to pay attention and, more importantly, stay attentive. A lot has changed for me.

Norman not only reached my heart with his talks, but he is such a life-affirming person with an authentically positive charisma that I was really "infected". The lectures on Mein Schiff 3 inspired me to change the way I was running my company, which had become rather entrenched after 22 years and had also taken a lot of my joy away. I emphasized my values, developed a new fascination for successful leadership and the best thing about it: it's so much fun🎊

We got to know Mr. Gräter on the TUI cruise from March 28, 2024 to April 23, 2024. He helped us a lot with his lectures to find inner balance and was always very competent. We are already looking forward to the next trip with TUI, where hopefully Mr. Gräter will be with us again.

Norman Gräter is an amazing and interesting speaker. He starts and you are immediately hooked. The stories are excitingly structured and logical, nothing is unrelated. He always manages to fascinate and captivate even completely different groups, regardless of the social or economic background of the participants. He is engaging, punctual and conscientious. Thank you very much for this unique experience.
The seminar days with you were very enriching and I thank you very much.
Norman, you really touched me with your words on our first seminar day and made me think, which also brought me a few tears.
Dealing with yourself, your own thoughts and feelings and not suppressing them is a process. Thanks to you, I now know how to deal with it.
This realization was very important for me and helped me to understand many things better.
Anke also played a big role in this, your presence alone made a big difference and I can't even put our conversations in the evening into words.
You gave me a lot of strength so that I will know how to deal better with certain situations in the future.
Thank you for the great days together, your unique work and your time, even after the seminars.

We were able to spend a few days with Norman and Anke during our team trip. It was a completely new experience for all of us and we were able to take away a lot of positive things for our daily lives. It is also worth mentioning that both coaches were also available for us outside of the seminar times and held a few one-to-one discussions, which was very well received by the team.
If you have the chance to attend a seminar with Norman and Anke, don't hesitate. I will book it again at any time and look forward to seeing you again.

After reading the book, I realized that I am the most important person in my life! I have learned that it is not important what others think as long as I am happy with what I do and how I am. It's still hard for me some days, of course, but I get my head cinema much better under control since the book! My whole family has read it and would recommend it to others.

I experienced Norman with his presentation in the congress "Pure Lust for Life".

I came to enjoy the exercise "7 Levels Deep" that Norman did with me.
I did not know this exercise before. Within a very short time he led me into a deeper understanding of my needs through this technique.
Norman's natural open nature and intensity of asking questions about goal achievement made it easy for me to sense my "why" to my goal and my dreams. I had several aha experiences.

Norman inspires me with his positive, lively and humorous approach to life.
His joy with which he shares his multi-layered knowledge is simply inspiring. He offers a lot of food for thought and different perspectives to pick people up where they are and create AHA moments.
His awareness of what he does tangibly permeates his work.

Hi Norman, I just had to send you a message to let you know how much I gained from listening to your talk on Sammy's RippleFest last week. You just blew my mind! And at the same time, reminded me of things that I have done to shift my perspective. I needed to hear your story because I was at a place where I have been feeling like I totally f*cked it up. Last week I attended a workshop from Norman (the) Gräter.🤩 Wow, how amazing this was! What an inspiring and interesting story he has. Norman Gräter is a brilliant, inspirational, engaging, funny, educational, and transformational speaker who delivered a powerful workshop at my RippleFEST event last week. From the moment he took to the stage, he had the whole audience captivated with his fun trainings, engaging activities, and rollercoaster ride of emotions as he shared his story and greatest learnings on his entrepreneurial journey.

As a brand strategy expert, I am always looking for speakers who have a consistent brand online, a captivating message and who delivers on their promises when on stage. Norman Gräter The Insprator, delivers on all three.

Norman's ability to connect with the audience was truly remarkable. He was able to create an atmosphere of positivity and inspiration that left everyone feeling motivated and empowered. His energy was contagious, his props were hilarious and his message was clear: everything is possible when you believe in yourself and work consistently toward your goals.
