With empathy, dedication, and a great deal of expertise, I’ve been able to make very good to good progress over the past few months with both of them on the issues I’ve been struggling with for years. As a patient with a chronic condition, I was able to complete the MT program, but my chronic condition remains.
This very modern practice covers many areas, and its therapists and trainers work on the “floor” according to the latest findings—it leaves nothing to be desired. The training and class rooms, as well as the treatment rooms, have a great atmosphere and are spotless. The reception area, the changing rooms in the fitness area, and the restrooms are all sparkling clean. The staff at the front desk are consistently very friendly and highly trained.The fitness area, equipped with state-of-the-art machines, is top-notch in my book. The often tedious manual adjustment of the equipment is completely eliminated, as all relevant client data is stored on a chip. So you’re measured entirely electronically beforehand. It doesn’t get any more convenient than this. Plus, you can work out even on weekends and holidays. Only people with a transponder are allowed to enter the building to work out. Knowing that every visitor—whether a member or staff—is tracked makes me feel safe.
My tip: Stop by and check it out!

You can get appointments really quickly! The staff are all super friendly and come across as very professional.

Because there's always someone there you can ask if you have any concerns, and you always get good advice. Beata, in particular, has always been a big help to me.

I’ve been working out two to three times a week at Novamedi’s fitness and training center for almost two years now. Novamedi isn’t a typical gym—it’s a physio-fitness center. I really appreciate being able to talk to someone about individual issues or questions at any time, and I also appreciate being approached, advised, and corrected from time to time by the various highly skilled and incredibly friendly physical therapists. Workout hours are super flexible, the facilities are spotlessly clean, and the equipment (EGYM, as well as numerous modern free-standing machines, and of course weights, dumbbells, etc.) is in excellent condition. I just feel so much better with regular exercise! Thanks to the team!!!

I was very satisfied with the service at Novamedi-Rietberg. I was able to get appointments fairly quickly after submitting my prescription. I was even able to reschedule an appointment because I got sick in the meantime. I also recommend the training program because the equipment is adjusted automatically. You can train according to your individual needs, and regular check-ups are conducted.
