I was very satisfied with the service at Novamedi-Rietberg. I was able to get appointments fairly quickly after submitting my prescription. I was even able to reschedule an appointment because I got sick in the meantime. I also recommend the training program because the equipment is adjusted automatically. You can train according to your individual needs, and regular check-ups are conducted.

I’m really happy with the therapists I’ve had so far. And the ladies at the front desk are super nice, too. In other words, I’m very satisfied with the staff and their work, but I’m not so keen on the rest of the setup. I went to physical therapy in Gütersloh for 15 years, and while it was nowhere near as modern, there were changing rooms and showers, separate for men and women. There were lockers for your gym bag that anyone could use, and the equipment was disinfected after every use. This is very important, since immunocompromised patients also go to physical therapy. While it’s standard to cancel 24 hours in advance, they shouldn’t always be so strict about it. If you really get sick at the last minute and can’t leave the house, they should believe you even without a doctor’s note. It hasn’t happened to me yet, but I’ve heard about it. As I said, I’m super satisfied otherwise and would of course like to continue going there. Great equipment and nice facilities, but I miss the human touch. If the team weren’t so super kind and professional, it wouldn’t be so nice there.
P.S.: The phrase “When choosing your words, please consider...” unfortunately reminds me of school. That’s so strict again. It’s so harsh—it could be a bit more relaxed.

The trainers and therapists are very friendly and go out of their way to help resolve the issue. They take their time and make sure you’re performing the exercises correctly.

I felt very well looked after by Josefine and Anike. However, the advice given during the subsequent training session on how to use the equipment left something to be desired.

Everything is great so far, but I would appreciate it if cardio equipment and showers were also available. It would also be good to have training sessions at 6:00 a.m. on weekends.

The only thing you should keep an eye on are the deadlines and validity of the prescription. Otherwise, everything was tip-top.

A pleasant atmosphere Always helpful and very competent

At first, I was as stiff as a surfboard and completely unmotivated, but after just under a year, I am more flexible, have lost weight, am enjoying life again, and even look forward to my runs.

I really like the straightforward communication via WhatsApp, but I find the telephone switchboard inconvenient when you need to speak to someone personally. You often get stuck in the menu and then there is no employee available.
