Everything felt right from the very first moment. I wasn’t pressured into doing any exercises; the therapist worked with what my body was capable of. She regularly checked in on how I was feeling to make sure I wasn’t overdoing it. She was very patient. She also showed me some exercises I could continue doing at home. I can recommend Novamedi with a clear conscience.

At the KG, I had just one therapist (as I had requested). That way, I didn’t have to keep repeating my medical history, and the treatment could build on previous sessions. This saved time and helped build a different kind of trusting relationship. I’m very satisfied.

I got a new knee on September 24, 2025! A few weeks before that, I told Novamdi about it. And then we started building up my muscles. I am very grateful for that because even after the operation, the therapists helped me with lymphatic drainage and physiotherapy so that I can walk again without a cane or walker. So thank you.

In the initial interview, during admission, the offer was made to receive a wristband with access authorization to the training equipment for 4 weeks after the end of treatment, but nothing at all came true, no equipment instruction, no wristband, please no offers which are then not kept.

More attention should be paid to posture during training! Drinks machine like in other facilities
would be great for the price! A cross trainer is missing upstairs!
You should talk to the people if you have not done any check ups !
