I was skeptical at first about ordering a stove (Contura 896 Style) on the Internet. However, since the stove had an absurdly long delivery time everywhere, but was in stock at Ofenhaus Melle, I contacted them. The telephone consultation and the entire handling were top. The stove arrived impeccably and professionally packed with the shipping company.
When setting up and connecting it turned out that two small parts were not present (fixing the cover plate). I briefly emailed Ms. Lucas and she processed this request (like all other inquiries) extremely quickly and within a day ensured that the missing parts were sent to me directly from Contura.

Overall, I am absolutely thrilled and would buy my stove here again anytime.

Ms. Heidi Lucas has advised us very well had a lot of patience with our many questions delivery without problems even subsequent delivery quickly and without problems.
Was recommended to us by acquaintance also the concerns about prepayment were not justified ... even certificates by mail sent immediately THANK YOU

The advice, offer creation (same with alternative variant, and shipping top and fast gave a small pack problem, but even here friendly 1000 times endschuldig and 2 days later the unpacked part was also with me. Had concerns at first because only prepayment possible ( according to website also invoice ) .
Will next year my second chimney also buy again here 😉

Was basically satisfied, Only there has unfortunately been problems with the delivery by the forwarding company. The packages worth almost 700 euros were simply placed on a place accessible to everyone in front of my house. Not handed over!!! Not informed beforehand by phone about the delivery time (so that someone can take over) as agreed!!! This is a big problem, if only because it was a costly delivery, Fortunately nothing happened and the packages were still there as I came home. I know it has nothing to do with you but is the fault of the shipping company, but at least you hired them and the impression falls back on you. Is in any case - also in your own interest to the customer - in need of improvement! Otherwise everything is fine! Any time gladly again! Goods flawless!

Goods and price are top. The website and the store are excellent and very informative.
The communication regarding delivery is in need of improvement - no delivery date, no shipping confirmation, no tracking. I had to request all the information separately. One part was delivered later, one was missing in the set, but this was also delivered after complaint. Can happen.
All in all, I would order again.
