Palmtherapy as a method and the Palmtherapy Academy under the direction of Christian Jäger are a great enrichment for me. What particularly impresses me is the method itself, because Palmtherapy often works surprisingly quickly. My clients tell me: "The strange feeling is suddenly just gone" or "I can hardly feel it anymore. It's as if it has faded away." The connection to areas of the heart and brain via the palms of the hands is simple and fascinating, and at the same time so powerful that it requires in-depth training to work with it responsibly.

The transfer into practice: Palmtherapy is directly applicable and works in presence as well as online! As a systemically trained coach and consultant, I have actually learned something new and successfully apply the method with my clients.

The training: Professionally designed as a hybrid format: self-study modules, short online quizzes to check knowledge, weekly live calls with space for exchange, case discussions and supervision. In addition, personal 1:1 support enables the method to be integrated into your own practice. This is complemented by live practice days on which Christian and Jana pass on their knowledge and experience directly to the participants.

The management: Christian leads the Academy as a practitioner with many years of experience, great competence and heart. In the live calls, I find him, like Jana, always present, approachable and open to the questions and concerns of the participants.

I admit, I was skeptical at first when I heard about palm therapy. At first I thought "not some esoteric mumbo-jumbo". I had already had some experience with hypnosis and constellation work and that hadn't worked for me.

I met Christian Jäger and his wife Jana on Tenerife a few years ago. At the time, Christian and I were each working on a book project and that's how I first learned about the existence of Palmtherapy.

When I came back to the island this year with my husband to recover from a traumatic fall down the stairs, as a result of which I shattered the ankle of my right foot, Christian Jäger offered me his help. At that time, one of my biggest problems - apart from physical immobility - was climbing up and down stairs using crutches. Just the sight of a steep staircase made me panic and my knees the consistency of jelly, so I agreed to Palmtherapy. We looked for a steep staircase in the hotel and when we reached the top landing, my heart skipped a beat. Then we carefully went back downstairs, sat down at a table and the treatment began. When I stood on the top landing again after about 30 minutes and looked down, I was completely taken aback because my heart remained calm and my head calmly realized: Yes, that's right, that's a staircase! You know it and you've walked it a thousand times, it's fine!"

To this day, months later, this state has persisted, I can take any staircase, no matter how steep, in a relaxed manner and concentrate on healing my foot. I would like to thank Christian Jäger from the bottom of my heart for this important step on the way back to my autonomous, carefree life and can recommend Palmtherapy and reading the book of the same name without reservation.

As a body and breathing therapist, as well as a complementary therapist Oda KT, I am used to finding the power of people's primal sources and guiding and supporting them holistically and therapeutically through a process.

Whoever books the PALMTHERAPY training may expect "only" that he will learn a new and very effective technique. But this is not the case. He gets much more: Probably the best coaching training on the market! Because everything a (future) coach needs is additionally taught in the training.
I am asked again and again "Which coaching training can you recommend to me?"
My answer is quite clear: Learn the PALMTHERAPY and get (by the way) also a complete coaching training.
It is also ingenious that this training never stops. The two trainers Christian and Jana Jäger always add new content and are always available with advice and support. They really care about the well-being of their students and their goal is clearly to make every student a really good PALMTHERAPY specialist (or coach). Christian and Jana literally take their students by the hand and you can see that very quickly :-)
I have done some coaching trainings, but none of them comes close to this one. Only if you are looking for a Chacka event or training, you are wrong here.
