Ms. Lawitschka analyzed my difficulties together with me in a competent and emphatic manner and showed me pragmatic techniques and strategies in a very structured and solution-oriented way, which I was able to put into practice immediately. Challenging situations from the past were worked through and possible ways of dealing with future challenges were developed. There were some great AHA moments.
