Together with my dog school 'Individuelle Faelle' by Jennifer Gutmann there was a Worshop 'From lead to leash', in which I participated with my two Labbi girls. Despite many years of experience with dogs and horses, there was a lot to learn! The cooperation of Jenny and Ela was great! It was also exciting to see the other teams. A lot of concentrated input on a great organized day, a great team and also the fun did not come too short. I was very happy to be there!

I was, although I have really schiss before horses, to a workshop together with my dog school there. A huge success for me was that both horses have let me lead. That was a bit of the "Oh, they're really coming" effect :)
In general, there were really many good and logical explanations and assistance. Freely after the motto: "Here in the sand we find no amber" and "Nich that in the next curve a saber tooth tiger stands" for me both very vividly :)
If there's a second part, my dog and I are definitely back.

I booked a course through our dog school from Jennifer Gutmann as a cooperation with Ela "from lead rope to leash". At first I was really unsure whether this was a good idea, because I am really insecure in dealing with horses. But Michaela took away my worries very quickly and very empathetically pushed my fears aside. So I could really participate very successfully in the course and take a lot of body language with me into my everyday life with my dog. I really hope there will be a second part. Because then I will be glad to participate again. It was so much fun. Michaela is a very professional and sensitive coach! I am very happy that I was able to participate!

Sound explanations, instructions could be well implemented, everyone had a positive result immediately.

I was allowed to work with Michaela and her horses at a workshop "from rope to leash " together with Jennifer Gutmann from individuelle Faelle with 4 other teams. I felt immediately well taken care of. Just watching the other participants I could see and learn so much. Michaela explained everything very well and one could see and/or feel changes of us e.g. in body attitude directly with the.horse. Michaela has a very open, emphatic and cheerful manner that makes it easier to let go and engage in this journey.
Very fascinating for me dog person was of course the transfer to the dogs. How the coaching of Michaela with the horses also changed the leadership in our dogs.
The team Michaela and Jennifer were for me and my dog great coaches who have brought us again a step further in the topic of good leadership and mindset. Our troop was definitely so enthusiastic that we would like to book a continuation. We will be back! Thank you very much for the great experiences and impressions.

I participated in the workshop from lead to leash, and I can only say that it was an absolutely MEGA great experience. And I am just happy to have made this experience. Michaela is a very great personality as I got to know her. She has a great way to explain things and to give it back so that you understand it and how you can implement it differently better. And if you accept the things you notice the change directly. At least it was so with me, and it's true everything starts in the head, you start with the thought of what can go wrong, it happens exactly the same. But if you say to yourself that I can do it or if you make it clear beforehand what the situation should look like if it is to work out, then this also happens. So I start now in the walks with my dogs. Do not forget to breathe shoulders back the hand firmly but the arms loosely and look where I want to go. And if it does not work one day is not bad the next just start again. So from me an ABSOLUTE recommendation from which one can take only positive things. First worked on the horse and later on your own dog. With body language : a horse you can not just pull behind you if it is not convinced to follow you . Your two have worked great with us and mirrored one so well.

I can look at the Pferd&Mensch Akademie from a different perspective. Namely as a colleague and co-coach. Michaela and I have meanwhile offered several workshops in the field of horse-supported coaching for dog owners.
The point was that horses do not have to be guided by force but by expression, body language and an appropriate mindset, and actually they can only be guided by force, because when more than 500kg are in motion, humans can do very little about it.
With dogs it looks different. One can, even if they do not want, quite somewhere "bucksieren" and unfortunately rely on it quite a lot of dog people, who forget over it their mental guidance strength gladly completely.
At the workshop with Michaela it was about the fact that dog owners*innen experience exactly that at the horse. Leadership through the right mindset and body language.
Michaela is a very empathetic person who is easy to listen to and follow. She has a suitable answer to every question and takes a lot of time for each team. She always looks closely at who she has in front of her and works with everyone individually. Everyone got their money's worth and everyone learned something.
The feedback from our workshop participants was always positive across the board. Maybe someone from the participants will even get in touch.
And because that's the case - and I think that's always the best review - there will be another workshop this year and we're already thinking about offering part 2.
I can only say that working with Michaela brings me an incredible amount of joy. The day always flies by and we complement and support each other just great.
So if there is a dog school reading this: Such a workshop is really fun and brings everyone a huge benefit in the field of leadership understanding!

Everything was right!!! Experienced trainer with a lot of calm, facility is a dream, organization top and many helpful and sympathetic people. I am already looking forward to the next course!

I have been to the academy with different topics and have always felt in good hands. My topics have always been treated well and it has helped me a lot for my further path. Thank you for that!

Through the coaching, I not only got to know myself very well, but also how to deal with my environment.
I have been given exercises that will hopefully accompany me for a long time and have been helpful in many situations.
I am very grateful for the valuable work and hope that many more people will benefit from it.

The compactness of the coaching surprises me again and again. Michaela intuitively intervenes directly in the topics that are currently acute. Everything that happens in our sessions is also directly transferable to current life circumstances. Overall, this is very helpful in self-awareness and communication in both the private and professional spheres.

I would recommend it at any time, because this way, the calmness and serenity have enveloped me very much. I always experience myself in a new way since the coaching. Great work.
